1. The Design Process
We design jewelry with intention—pieces that are not only beautiful but also practical for everyday wear. Each creation begins with a sketch, inspired by the desire to craft jewelry that speaks to the soul. Our designs draw from the essence of the universe, the strength of life, the spirit of feminism, and the calm energy of the moon. Every line and curve reflects balance, beauty, and resilience, resulting in jewelry that carries deep meaning. More than an accessory, each piece is a symbol of empowerment—designed to connect with you on a spiritual level and accompany you every day.
2. Creating CADs
After the designs are approved, our team develops them into precise design files that capture every measurement and detail needed for crafting. These are then transformed into 3D CAD models, allowing us to see the piece from all angles and understand how it will look in real life. Our in-house CAD and production experts review and refine these models through multiple rounds of adjustments until every element is perfected. Once finalized, the design moves directly into production in our factory, where it begins its transformation into a finished piece of jewelry.
3. Molding
Once the 3D CAD design is printed, we create a rubber mould that serves as the master model. This mould becomes the foundation for producing consistent, high-quality pieces, ensuring every future creation maintains the same precision and detail as the original design.
4. The Casting Tree
From the master mould, wax replicas of the design are created. These wax pieces are carefully assembled onto a central structure known as a wax tree. This formation allows multiple pieces to be cast together, and once complete, the entire wax tree is prepared for casting in solid metal.
5. Casting, Filing and Polishing
At this stage, molten silver is poured into the moulds using our casting machine. Once cooled, the jewelry pieces are removed from the wax tree, and any excess metal is refined and reused. Each piece is then carefully cut, filed, and polished through buffing and sanding, enhancing the clarity of the design and preparing it for setting and plating.
6. Stone Setting and Engraving
This is the stage where every detail comes together. Our team carefully assembles the jewelry—joining links, setting stones by hand, and fixing clasps. Enamel pieces are hand-painted in chosen Pantone shades, while natural gemstones are placed with care to add sparkle. Engraving is also done at this step, adding personal touches or fine patterns to make each piece unique.
7. Gold Plating
In this step, our sterling silver jewelry is plated with 1 micron of 18ct gold to ensure lasting quality. Unlike flash plating or gold-tone finishes, our plating is durable and designed to stand the test of time, giving every piece a rich and lasting shine.
8. Quality Control and Hallmarking
Every piece goes through strict quality checks – from early samples to wear tests – to make sure it meets our high standards for strength and durability. A dedicated QC team inspects each piece at every stage of production, giving it a final sign-off only if it passes. Hallmarking is also done to certify the purity of the silver, so customers can trust the authenticity and quality of their jewelry. Our sterling silver pieces are stamped with '925' to certify their authenticity. 925 sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.
