Return & Exchange Conditions


1. If you receive a damaged product, we can facilitate a return or exchange ONLY IF both photo and video of the unboxing are sent to us via email at contact@silvereternity.com within 3days of receiving the product. No other forms of communication will be entertained.


2. We will process the refund to the bank details provided by the customer. However, customers must bear the shipping charges for returning their product.


3. Since personalized jewelry is a customized piece made exclusively for you, it is not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged.


4. As all the jewelry is completely handcrafted, it is very rare to create identical items.


Exchange Policy


1. If you're eligible for an exchange and wish to exchange the current product for a higher-priced item on our store, you will need to pay only the additional amount. In case of an exchange for a lower-priced product, the difference will be refunded via bank transfer. Such exchanges will only be entertained if requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

2. No discounts will be given on exchanged jewelry pieces.


3. If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return a partial order, the refund amount will be calculated based on the applicable proportionate discount on the non-returned products in the order.


Order Cancellations


1. If you need to cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund, which will reflect in your account within 7 business days of cancellation.


2. No cancellation requests will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.


Legal Terms

If any terms and conditions are violated, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if you attempt to defame the brand on any social platform.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Silver Eternity in case of a return or exchange, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer in case of exchange.


Guidelines for Return or Exchange Eligibility


1. The item was delivered less than 3 days ago for return and 7 days ago for exchange.


2. The item is unused, with original tags and invoice intact; failing which, return or exchange will not be possible.


3. No signs of wear, tarnish, damage, or other indications of usage.


4. You have a receipt for the product, and the package, including the pouch, is intact.


5. Should the returned item not meet the above return or exchange guidelines, Silver Eternity reserves the right to deny a return or exchange and have the item re-shipped to the customer.
