Silver Eternity offers a lifetime replating service for all items purchased through our website or stores. This means that customers can have their items replated for free at any time during the lifetime of the product, for the first two times, after that all your replating & repairs are billed at cost, without any questions asked.

 

To initiate the replating process, customers need to email us at silvereternity2015@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item to us and the estimated time for the replating process.

 

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Silver Eternity and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.
